Slopetame2
Slopetame2 is much more than an erosion control blanket or mat. Slopetame2 is a permanent three-dimensional reinforcement and stabilization matrix for steep vegetated slopes and channel banks. The integral rings, bars, grid, and fabric act to contain upper root zone soils, allow vegetation roots to easily pass through, and minimize movement and loss by rain or flowing water.
Slopetame2 is shipped in roll form, with connections allowing rolls to be fastened together forming one large continuous mat covering the entire face of long slopes. Holes can be cut in the mat to provide for large containerized or balled plant material.
Competitive Advantages:
- Three-dimensional containment
- Shallow Depth of fill material to reduce costs
- Interlocking continuous grid structure
- Integrated fabric backing
- Lightweight product for east assembly
- High durability and UV-resistant
- Resistant to biological and normal horticultural chemicals
- High-strength anchoring system
- Made from 100% recycled plastic
- Native soil and vegetation use
- Reduced site disturbance
- Encourages tree growth and preservation
- Urban heat island mitigation
- Reduced erosion and soil migration
- Biofitration of stormwater runoff
- Protects creek beds, riverbanks, and shorelines
- Recharges groundwater in swales/trenches
- Reduces runoff volume, rate, and temperature
- Steep slope erosion control
- Channel-bank stabilization
- Channel-energy dissipation
- Infiltration trenches
- Vegetated swales and strips
SiltShield
SiltShield is a sediment containment product designed for residential construction sites. SiltShield is built to outlast and outperform the traditional silt fence which breaks down over time. SiltShield can reduce costs up to six times compared to old-fashioned silt fencing. SiltShield has the ability to “bounce back” after being impacted by vehicles and filter storm water as it flows through drainage holes; whereas old fashioned silt fencing needs to be replaced after one truck rollover, it is not durable enough to withstand heavy forces, and it is not environmentally friendly. Competitive Advantages:
- “Bounce back” flexibility can handle accidental vehicle impact
- Reusable and long lasting
- Reduces cost and stress
- Environmentally friendly
- Clean design looks great
- Easy to install and remove
- SiltShield stays up to protect the environment from construction debris and mud
- Any application requiring silt fence can be replaced with reusable SiltShield
Mud Mats
Mud Mats are an amazing new product consisting of pocketed, double-wall, high-strength fabric with high tensile reinforcing ribs confined within each sleeve. Mud Mats are site access matting for soft soils and sensitive areas. Unroll Mud Mats and drive on any muddy, swampy ground without getting stuck, rutting or tracking mud off site. Mats connect together to form custom sizes. Ground pressure from vehicle tires is reduced up to 40x causing minimal ground disturbance. When done simply roll up or move to another location. Mud Mats are convenient as they are light weight, easy to roll up, and quick to deploy.
Competitive Advantages:
- Light weight/Portable
- Compact size for shipping and storing
- Connect together to form custom sizes
- Quick to deploy
- Can be cleaned/Washes easily.
- Provides structural stability
- Keep construction erosion to a minimum
- Protects turf
- Re-useable
- No more construction delays due to weather
- Protects sensitive ground conditions such as golf courses and parks
- Keeps construction erosion to a minimum
- Reduces vehicle tracking and mud on streets
- Residential and commercial construction entrance
- Alternative to rock entrances
- Oil and gas construction
- Agriculture areas
- Golf courses and parks
- Crossing poor site conditions
- Any delicate area where vehicle access is required
